NMGAutoNetwork Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

NMGAutoNetwork (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides an application that allows users to automatically post content to TikTok (“Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and your choices. This policy applies only to NMGAutoNetwork’s operation of the Service and the information collected through our integrations with TikTok.

2. What information we collect

A. Information received via TikTok

When you connect your TikTok account to NMGAutoNetwork we may request and collect only the data necessary to enable auto-posting and improve your experience. This may include:

  • Access tokens and refresh tokens necessary to authenticate and post on your behalf.

  • Basic profile information (e.g., TikTok username, display name, profile picture).

  • Permissions granted by you (posting permission, profile access, etc.).

B. Information you provide directly

  • Account details you provide when creating an NMGAutoNetwork account (if applicable): email address, username, and other optional profile fields.

  • Support communications and other messages you send to us.

C. Content handled by the Service

  • User media files (videos) that you upload for posting. Video files are processed temporarily by our servers for scheduling/formatting and posting.

D. Analytics and usage data

  • Non-identifying usage metrics to monitor and improve the Service (e.g., number of posts scheduled, errors, timestamps).

3. How we use your information

We use collected data only for the following purposes:

  • To authenticate and post content to TikTok on your behalf.

  • To provide, operate, and maintain the Service (scheduling, status, posting history).

  • To communicate with you (account notices, support replies).

  • To analyze and improve our Service (aggregate usage analytics).

  • To comply with legal obligations and to protect our rights.

We do not use TikTok data for marketing to third parties outside of what you authorize.

4. Token & content storage

  • Access tokens: Stored securely on our servers in encrypted form. We retain tokens until you revoke access or delete your account. Tokens are used only to perform the actions you authorize.

  • Temporary video storage: Videos uploaded for posting are stored temporarily and deleted after processing or after a short retention period. (Default processing retention: up to 7 days unless you instruct us otherwise — this can be adjusted and will be stated in future updates.)

  • Profile and account data: Retained for the duration your account is active and as needed to comply with obligations.

5. Sharing and third parties

  • Service providers: We may share data with trusted third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf (hosting, analytics, monitoring). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.

  • Payment vendor (future): If you enable payments or we integrate a payment vendor in the future, your payment data may be shared with that vendor. We will update this policy and notify users when a payment vendor is added and describe which payment data is collected and how it is handled.

  • Legal requests: We may disclose information to comply with laws, enforce our policies, or respond to lawful requests by public authorities.

We do not sell your personal data.

6. Security

We implement industry-appropriate administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect data, including encrypted storage for tokens, access controls, and monitoring. While we strive to protect your information, no system is 100% secure — in the event of a breach we will notify affected users and relevant authorities as required by law.

7. Data retention and deletion

  • We retain personal data as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

  • You may request deletion of your account and data by contacting us at support@nmgroupllc.com. Upon deletion we will:

    • Remove your profile data and scheduled content.

    • Revoke and delete stored tokens.

    • Permanently delete temporary media files within a reasonable period as described above.

8. Your rights (Basic / global notice)

Depending on your location, you may have rights under local privacy laws, such as the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To make a request, contact us at support@nmgroupllc.com. We will respond according to applicable law.

9. How to disconnect / revoke access

You can revoke NMGAutoNetwork’s access to your TikTok account at any time either:

  • From within the NMGAutoNetwork app/account settings (Disconnect / Revoke TikTok access), or

  • From your TikTok account settings where connected apps/authorized services are listed — remove or revoke NMGAutoNetwork’s authorization.

10. Children

Our Service is intended for users 13 years or older (or the minimum age required by local law). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the applicable minimum age. If we learn that we have collected such data, we will promptly delete it.

11. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated policy with a new “Effective date.” If we make material changes that affect your rights, we will provide more prominent notice (e.g., in-app notice or email).
